GS1 Synkan päivitys tulevana viikonloppuna
– huomioi käyttökatko

Huoltoaika päivitystä varten alkaa perjantaina 20.2.2026 klo 18.00 ja päättyy maanantaina 23.2.2026 klo 9.00. Tuona aikana palvelussa voi olla pitkiäkin käyttökatkoja. 

Päivityksen yhteydessä GS1 Synkkaan tuodaan 1.4.2026 voimaantulevat virvoitusjuomaveroon liityvien valmisteverojen uudet koodit. Uusia tuotteita perustaessa voi uusia valmisteverokoodeja jo käyttää. Poistuvien koodien nimeen on lisätty merkintä poistumisesta.

Näin löydät tuotteet, joilla on vanheneva valmisteverokoodi:

Avaa Tarkennettu haku ja käytä suodatinta Virhe ID /virheilmoitus. Etsi varoituksen id-numerolla 400.353 – “Veron tyypin arvo on poistumassa / poistunut 1.4.2026. Ylläpidä tuotteelle oikea veron tyyppi.”

Tulevaisuuden versio poistuu GS1 Synkasta

GS1 Synkasta poistetaan mahdollisuus luoda tulevaisuuden versioita julkaistulle tuotteille. Ominaisuus poistetaan, koska sen käyttö on vähäistä ja se koetaan hankalaksi.

Muutos näkyy käyttöliittymässä niin, että Uusi tuoteversio-painike poistuu näkyvistä julkaistun tuotteen tiedoista. Toiminto näkyy vielä hetken käyttöliittymässä, mutta sitä ei tule enää käyttää.

Uudet tuotetietopäivitykset:

Älä luo uusia tulevaisuuden versioita tuotteille.

Muokkaa tuotetietoja joko valitsemalla tuote hakutulosnäkymässä ja sitten painamalla Muokkaa tai avaamalla tuotteen tiedot ja menemällä Luonnos-välilehdelle. Päivitä haluamasi tieto, tallenna ja julkaise tiedot. Tuotetietopäivitys tulee heti voimaan. Tutustu ohjeeseemme tästä.

Tuotteita ei tarvitse päivittää.

GS1 Nordic Summit 2026 on Oslossa 7.–8.5. järjestettävä tapahtuma, joka kokoaa yhteen GS1-verkoston, yritykset ja asiantuntijat eri puolilta Pohjoismaita. Ohjelma sisältää yhteisiä puheenvuoroja ja rinnakkaisia sessioita, joissa syvennytään ajankohtaisiin teemoihin ja toimialakohtaisiin näkökulmiin.

GS1 Synkka release coming this weekend
– notice the service break

The product information service will be updated between Friday 20th February 2026 at 18.00 (EET) and Monday 23th February 2026 at 9.00. During this period, there may be long service breaks.

In connection with the update, new excise tax codes related to soft drink tax, which will come into effect on April 1, 2026, will be introduced into GS1 Synkka. When creating new products, you can already use the new excise tax codes. A note about the removal has been added to the name of the codes that are being removed.

Here's how to find products with an expiring excise tax code:

Open Advanced filter and use the filter Error ID / Message. Search for the warning with the ID number 400.353 – “The used Duty Fee Tax Type Code ia being expired on 1.4.2026.”

Future version removed from GS1 Synkka

The ability to create future versions of published products is being removed from GS1 Synkka. The feature is being removed because it is very little used and is considered inconvenient to use.

The change will be reflected in the user interface by removing the Add future version button from the published product information. The feature will remain visible in the user interface for a while, but it should no longer be used.

New product information updates:

Do not create new future versions for products.

Edit product information by either selecting the product in the search results view and then pressing Edit, or by opening the product information and going to the Draft tab. Update the information you want, save and publish the information. The product information update will take effect immediately. Read our instructions here.

Products do not need to be updated.

The GS1 Nordic Summit 2026 will be held in Oslo from 7 to 8 May and will bring together the GS1 network, companies and experts from across the Nordic region. The program will include joint keynotes and parallel sessions that will delve into current themes and industry perspectives.
